Quality Policy EGS Electrical Group Canada Ltd. is dedicated to providing products and services that meet the specifications of our customers while maintaining exceptional quality. Our objective is to provide customer satisfaction through the delivery of products without defects, on time, and with continued support after delivery. We will satisfy all regulatory requirements and be responsive to the needs of our customers and employees. This policy will be achieved by empowerment of our employees, supplemented by the permanent objective of top management to continually improve the effectiveness of our Quality Management System. This policy will be communicated to all levels of the organization and will be included as part of a regularly scheduled management review where the objectives of the organization and the continued suitability and relevance of the Quality Policy will be examined. Our employees are a key ingredient for the success of our quality goals and the involvement of people at all organizational levels enables the organization to benefit from their abilities. Top management is committed to ensuring all employees have the skills, positive environment, training and resources to achieve our quality goals and to work at meeting or exceeding EGS Electrical Group Canada’s internal and external customer expectations. All personnel have the responsibility, authorization and organizational freedom to identify and record non-conforming product, and to initiate action to prevent the occurrence of any non-conforming product, process or quality system. Our employees are responsible for understanding and following this quality policy. |
